Rich became part of my life the day I started working at Century Animal Clinic. The minute he knew that I was raised on a farm/ranch in SD, he never forgot to ask me how my family back there was doing. The year of the Cattleman's Blizzard in SD, he was the only one I knew here that was devastated from the loss of cattle as much as I and those of SD. He had the love of the country as only those who are born into it, have. It never dies but becomes a light burning within that never goes out. Thank you, Rich, for this connection and memory. May your spirit be wherever your heart found joy.
